Make your reservations through Resy or call us!

Please note we cannot always accommodate vegans, strict vegetarians, or shellfish allergies. We are unable to accommodate the following allergies:

  • celiac

  • alliums

While we do not have a no-children policy, we do not have a kids menu or high chairs. Limited booster seats available upon request.

Reservations are for 90 minutes from the start of your reservation time. As our seating is limited, we kindly ask for 24 hour notice if you must cancel. Otherwise, same day cancellation or no show will incur a $50/person fee.

Please call us if you’re running late! Reservations are held for a grace period of 15 minutes before it is offered to our next guests. We do not seat partial parties. We appreciate your understanding as we try to provide the best experience for our patrons with our intimate space.

Please call for reservations for parties of 7 or larger.

Chef + Owner

A resident of the Boston South End neighborhood for over 30yrs. After graduating college with an economics degree, Shi spent 6 years working in accounting. Realizing office life was not for him, in 2008, he made a career change and attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. Upon graduation from culinary school, he moved west to Napa Valley and worked at Thomas Keller’s acclaimed restaurants, The French Laundry and Bouchon. After a successful stint, he then moved to San Antonio, TX to be the chef de cuisine at Jason Dady’s Bin 555 and eventually becoming Jason’s Director of Operation. In the fall 2016, he moved back to Boston and started his plans to open a restaurant. While awaiting for Lenox Sophia to materialize, he spent time in the kitchens at ASTA, Whaling in Oklahoma, Buttonwood, Mida, and Cafe Du Pays.

The restaurant is located on the corner of A St & W. 3rd St in South Boston

ALCOHOL

Starting March 2, 2022, our patrons are permitted to bring their own wine or malt beverage. Please see Menu page for more details.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY (ADA)

If you require assistance entering the restaurant, please press the ADA braille doorbell located to the right of the front door and a team member will assist you.
